As Vice President of Business Development and Impact Strategy, Rebecca leads New Theory Ventures’ special projects, partnerships, and communications. She also advises the company's portfolio brands on impact and philanthropic strategy development. Rebecca co-led the deployment over $3M in grants to women-led environmental organizations.

Prior to joining Wild Elements and New Theory Ventures, Rebecca was a Director in the Raben Group’s Impact Entertainment practice area where she advised clients including Amazon Studios, Lionsgate, One Community, Sony Pictures Television, Story Syndicate, STX Entertainment, and YouTube Social Impact. Rebecca has developed strategic impact messaging and led successful engagement campaigns for critically-acclaimed and award-winning films and television series including ALL IN: The Fight for Democracy, Hustlers, Just Mercy, One Day at a Time, and The Tale

Previously, Rebecca worked as a strategy manager for Elle Communications, a social impact public relations firm and as Director of It’s On Us, the Obama/Biden White House initiative to end campus sexual assault where she led partnerships with iHeart Media, Major League Baseball, NCAA, and others. Rebecca began her career at the Center for American Progress’ youth arm, Generation Progress, working on student debt and gun violence prevention policy. She also served as an intern in then Vice President Biden’s Office of Scheduling and Advance during the Obama administration.

She is Chair of the North Fork TV Festival Advisory Board, serves on Planet Reimagined's Consultative Committee, and is a member of Gold House Venture Network. Rebecca is a graduate of Cornell University and splits her time between New York City and the North Fork.
